Designs and concepts were developed for a brand refresh pitch for Allen Media Broadcasting. We looked at the entire company from a branding perspective and recommended a unification amongst their 27 local news stations and integration of their holdings of the weather channel brand into their local weather. We envision this in several phases of implementation from a news graphics refresh to weather implementation. We wanted to reimagined the user viewer experience and how news is consumed by viewers. We want to look at integrating interactive features for viewers by leveraging ATSC 3.0, smart devices, and AR elements to allow for a more personalized content experience and also opening up the space for targeted adversting to maximize ad revenue.
